Sarah Etheridge has become somewhat of an institution in UK Garage, following on from her initial success riding the Bassline hype train all the way back in the late noughties. Since breaking through providing top lines for the likes of TS7, she's gone on to work with an array of established producers - both Old Skool & New Wave: including the likes of Matt Jam & Echelon, and BWK Project respectively. Throughout her tenure she's always performed catchy ditties with a silky soulfulness that makes her the perfect vocalist for any number of musical UK Garage tracks. This one (produced by none other than Adam Kronik) is no exception.
Adam's approach to production is borne off the back of decades experience enthusiastically DJing UKG. Over the years, a keen ear for detail has enabled him to pick out the essential musical elements which work together so well - and he's repeatedly demonstrated his ability to throw down well-rounded, musical, NUKG tracks... with just the right amount of nostalgia. Paired up on this occasion with Sarah, he's done it again - this time supplying both a full vocal 2 Step mix and a dubbier 4x4 roller to boot; either of which would have been right at home on a Public Demand release during Garage's heyday.
The result is outstanding, a credit & worthy addition to each of the pair's discographies. & one that NUKG 24/7 emplores you to listen to right away!
