We're big fans of Birmingham's Reecey Dixon, with the level of skill he showcases on every release - it's hard not to be. Capable of fluidly bouncing between NUKG's bassier & more musical sides, it seems his aptitude for making dancefloor bangers has not gone unnoticed by the legendary Angus Campbell (of B15 Project fame).
B15 Project is somewhat of a household name in UKG circles, owing largely to the classic 'Girls Like Us' - which received heavy daytime radio rotation during Garage's heyday & ended up featuring on all manner of compilation CDs. But his reputation as a skilled producer extends way beyond that single release, particularly in the midlands area. In recent times he's teamed up with the likes of Lord TCO, Lynsey Moore & Kymberley Myles - amongst others - proving (as if there was ever any doubt) that he's still a heavyweight contender in the world of UK Garage.
Reecey just announced on his Facebook profile that the pair have hooked up & a collab is on its way. & we couldn't be more excited for it! We can't wait to hear what these two talents have come up with together.
