What do you get when you pair up a certified veteran like Sean T, producer of classics like 'Boom Selection' & 'Course Bruv' - with one of NUKG's most promising vocal talents, Serena Dench?
A certified riddim, that's what! We are absolutely loving the laidback vibes on this one. Serena's silky smooth vocals blend seamlessly with Sean's smooth, musical production - to great effect. It's an earworm for sure but, perhaps more importantly, a refreshing change of pace from the grittier sounds gaining traction at the minute - a throwback to a time when musicality & depth counted for a little more in UK Garage. Will we be listening to the latest bassbin stomper in a few years time?, we'll have to wait & see. But we can say with some confidence that this lovely little ditty right here will remain on our playlists for quite some time to come.
