We're always pleased to hear new music from DJ Swagger. & whilst it might seem odd for a NUKG-focussed site to give a nod to a multi-genre album, there's wisdom in doing so (so bear with us!).
Not many artists can bounce from genre to genre as convincingly as the young German, & when you consider the levels across his 'Chemistry Forever' LP (available now via Kommerz Records) it's really a wonder that he isn't a household name already. He seamlessly switches from Booty Bass to House, through Trap & Hip Hop, LoFi, Breaks & Techno; all the while maintaining a superbly high standard of production.
But it's track 5 - 'But The World Won't Break Me' which excited us here at NUKG 24/7. It sees Bielefield's finest pair up with Lewisham's TripSixVivo on a full vocal MC-led, bass-heavy 2 Step track which hits hard from the moment it drops, & gives your sub a serious workout for its duration. Seriously, if you've got even a semi-decent system at your disposal in your motor - crank it up now & give this a little test!
